Intro of REMLAB

And now for something completely different… a fully-functional totally web based Battletech Mech Designer!

REMLAB is pretty much bug free, as far as I can tell. However, future development is going to be slow, because of other projects that I have that need to be completed, but for all intensive purposes, this project is as done as it needs to be for a little while.
